My last apartment was fantastic … beautiful mountain views, a pool that looked more like a resort in the Caribbean is an apartment community, impressive monthly events that really made friends … in essence, the perfect apartment community.
Unfortunately, I rented the apartment at the height of a flat market economy booming … So with tiny special. Oh, well. I have often thought it was worth when you get out of this group.
Times are changing
Well, times and markets change. In fact, every market, submarket, city, neighborhood and can give very different and special concessions. So just ask a friend how special it is not enough.
A special apartment community can be totally different from the north in the southern suburbs, in the heart of the city. Prices and offers are based on the construction of apartments surrounding the general occupation, the occupation on the ground, the opportunity in the region, and of course, that the interest rate increasing to push people are increasingly staying in an apartment.
